The location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Sanrizuka Memorial Park. the atmosphere created was family.

The staff was extremely polite, the location was exceptionally nice. Climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room and the comfortable bed. Great food quality...

My room was big size thanks to the amicable staff. Rooms below satisfactory with cleanliness had a FAMILY atmosphere. The favourable location was a couple of blocks away from Sanridzuka Sengen Shrine.

The bathroom was quite small.

We had a great time here, really liked it. The staff is super friendly and the room is not bad - just a bit lacking in cleanliness. It has all the facilities you need like temperature control, lots of TV channels, and a fridge. 🌟

Convenient Location 📍

This place is nicely situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. Additionally, it's close to both a tranquil neighborhood and bustling Tokyo.

Room wasn't as clean as expected, but the hairdryer and bath sheets were a nice touch! 🛁

The availability of the hotel was great, as we were able to find a room for our family without any trouble. the bunk beds in the room were a hit with the kids, making our stay more enjoyable. the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, as they seemed brand new and were exceptionally clean.

One major downside was the lack of English instructions in the toilet, which was surprising considering that other toilets in the country had this feature. the distance from the airport was also further than what was stated, which was inconvenient for us.

This place is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to catch early morning flights. Taxis are also readily available, and it is situated in the middle of the action in the city.

I loved my stay at the Narita AIC Airport hotel. The facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic bathhouse and a complimentary hot/cold water dispenser. The free shuttle service to the airport was a lifesaver, making my journey incredibly convenient. Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to assist me during my challenging times. The owner was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel's location in a quiet area with great restaurants added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff were really welcoming and accommodating during our romantic escape. The room was clean and had plenty of space and comfy beds. The breakfast in the morning was a lovely touch and set us up for the day ahead. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the airport which was very convenient for us.

The location was a bit of a downside, as it was further away from the airport than we anticipated. The shuttle only runs from the hotel to the airport, so we had to make our own way back to the airport on the local bus which wasn't ideal.

Spent Xmas at an airport hotel and enjoyed a few good things - they offered complimentary water bottles and toothbrushes in the room. the shuttle bus was on time and it was convenient to be close to the airport for our early flight the next morning. the beds were comfortable.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay before my flight. The shuttle service provided by the hotel also made transportation to the airport stress-free.

We stayed at an airport hotel that exceeded our expectations. The spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds plus the great variety at breakfast exceeded expectations. Although the staff was friendly, their English level was not as high as expected, but they still tried to assist us. The facilities were also great, especially the public bath and shuttle service, which made our stay even better.

The cleanliness of the hotel facility in general was lacking.
